If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the items are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
